Everything you need to know before booking your event.
You'll need a minimum clear floor space of 15 feet wide by 20 feet deep. Setting up fully outdoors in the open air? No ceiling height needed — our tent enclosure provides its own shelter. Setting up indoors or under an existing covered structure (garage, pavilion, patio)? That space needs at least 12 feet of ceiling clearance. We also need a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet of the setup area — we provide extension cords to reach it.
We'll keep the fun going through light rain and mild wind without any issue. For everyone's safety, we may need to pause or end the session early if conditions turn severe — lightning, heavy sustained rain, or winds over 25 mph. If that happens, time already used isn't refunded, but we'll do our best to reschedule any significant unused time. For fully outdoor events, it's smart to have a backup indoor or covered space in mind just in case.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend dates which fill up fastest. Once you reach out, we'll also need about a week's notice before your event to confirm details like venue access, space, and power.
Not at all! Our setup is just as fun for total beginners as it is for scratch golfers. Most groups end up using a mix of real courses and party mini-games like closest-to-pin and longest drive, which everyone can enjoy regardless of skill level.
A 50% deposit is required to book your date, and this deposit is non-refundable once paid. The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before your event. We accept payment via Stripe, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
Cancellations more than 14 days before your event forfeit the 50% deposit, with any additional payments refunded in full. Cancellations 7-14 days out forfeit 75% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the full amount. Need to reschedule instead? We offer free rescheduling with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability.
